1989 Evinrude Johnson 9.9 hp COWL LOWER COVER COWLING with REAR LATCH
This engine was a 1989 9.9 HP Johnson. The model no. for the engine is: J-10RCE5. When we took apart this engine, we found that it had good spark and a good lower unit, however, there was weak compression on one cylinder. One cylinder checked 90 and one checked 55 on the block.
This is the lower cowling cover. This item is in good condition. Sold exactly as pictured.
