This a Genuine Yamaha Piston Std. Part# 689-11631-00-95

Piston comes by itself as shown in picture. This piston is new oldstock. The part number on the box is scratched out and we do not know why. The box does say it is for 25HP, and the top measures 67.50mm. Please ask if you have questions.
